Artem Livshits // EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

My name is Artem Livshits, I am the Executive Director of Singing in Seattle choir. From the moment I joined our non-profit organization, I was truly inspired – by our organization and the people with passion for music, dedication to excellence, and unwavering commitment to our mission. Beyond developing my own musical talents (as a tenor and a sound operator), the choir had my focus and my full commitment to our mission and our singers for the past 10 years, where we had to overcome the challenges of COVID, successfully so. I strive to guide our choir to become a pillar of our international community, fostering a sense of camaraderie and inclusiveness that transcends the music itself. With advances in our community engagement, and further organizational growth, becoming the registered 501 is a very exciting milestone we’ve achieved. As we continue to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the arts, I am looking forward to Singing in Seattle choir to be garnering acclaim and support from audiences and patrons alike, which will help to propel to new heights the talent in our choir, as well as creating impact on broader Seattle music community.

Kirill Kolyshkin // Secretary

My name is Kirill Kolyshkin, and I am the Secretary of Singing in Seattle choir. I've been singing bass with this wonderful group for the past four years, and it's been an incredible journey. What I love most about our choir is the diversity of our repertoire – we perform music in multiple languages and explore different musical styles, which keeps every rehearsal fresh and exciting. We share our passion for choral music through several performances each year, bringing our community together through song. As Secretary, I'm honored to support our choir's operations and help guide us through this exciting new chapter as a non-profit organization. Being part of Singing in Seattle has enriched my life, and I'm thrilled to contribute to our continued growth and success.
